This three-story custom residential build sits in the San Diego coastal zone under the Proposition D 30-foot coastal height limit. The final surveyed height cleared the legal ceiling by 1.3 inches.

It passed every city inspection and re-measurement with zero code violations, corrections or flags. The final height is certified by a California licensed land surveyor’s stamp.
